HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
You can pay by: Bank transfer, PayPal and Visa or MasterCard.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free for orders within Spain. For international shipments, shipping costs depend on the destination country and whether or not it is an EU member state.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For Spain and Portugal, we are committed to delivering your order within 24-48 hours of dispatch. For orders to the rest of the world, delivery will take between 4-8 days from dispatch, depending on whether the country is within the European Union.
Our customers will be notified by message when their order is ready for shipment, and will also be provided with the tracking number from the shipping company.
IS MY DATA PROTECTED?
Your data will be treated confidentially and encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure server software.
The encrypted order information, such as your name, address, etc., cannot be read by third parties.
