HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

– Shipping within Spain is free.

– For all other countries within the European Union, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination. You will be informed of the cost before your order is shipped.

– Shipping costs for international orders (non-EU countries) will vary depending on the destination. The cost will be communicated before your order is shipped.

– Shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the sale price for international buyers.

– The seller is obligated to determine the declared value of the item and comply with customs declaration regulations. Buyers may be responsible for any additional customs duties.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For orders within mainland Spain and Portugal, we commit to delivering your order within 24-48 hours of shipment.
For international orders, the delivery time will be between 4-6 days from shipment, and this may be extended depending on the destination and customs procedures. International shipments generally take longer than domestic shipments.

Our customers will be notified by message that their order is ready to ship, and we will also provide them with the tracking number from the shipping company.
